What is Naruto Mythos TCG?
Naruto Mythos TCG is the new official collectible card game set in the Naruto universe, available in France and across Europe since March 13, 2026.
What were our tasks?
We supported Naruto Mythos TCG in the launch of its trading card game through a structured marketing plan, including a Europe-wide influencer campaign.
The campaign is organized into two complementary phases:
1️⃣ First phase: product seeding
Implementation of a product distribution strategy in two separate waves, with at least one video content piece per creator for each shipment.
- Definition of marketing objectives and identification of the priority target audience.
- Selection and qualification of content creators to activate.
- Design of campaign briefs and booklets.
- Outreach, logistical coordination, and shipment of products to selected creators.
- Performance analysis and preparation of a detailed report.
2️⃣ Second phase: Paid Campaign
We designed and managed an international influencer campaign built entirely around a self-funded model:
- Activation of influential content creators across France, Germany, Spain, and the United Kingdom
- Deployment of game discovery campaigns through video content and Twitch activations
- Creation of a dedicated e-commerce website accessible exclusively through partner creators’ links
- Full management of the operation: talent coordination, logistics, product shipping, and after-sales support
- Development of a business model allowing the entire campaign to be fully financed through generated sales
The system was built around a sustainable model:
- The brand supplied the products dedicated to the campaign
- Creators produced sponsored content and live activations
- Revenue generated through the online store was used to compensate creators (fixed + performance-based compensation)
- Remaining profits covered operational costs and were redistributed to the brand

- 270+ videos published during the first seeding wave
- 1M+ views generated, a particularly strong performance for the launch of a new IP

- 45 posts and Twitch live streams produced during the campaign
- More than 2.8 million views generated
- €170,000 in sales generated through the dedicated online store
