We manage the entire distribution system and retail relations across the UK, Nordics, DACH, Poland, and France markets:
- Commercial outreach to B2C stores via phone and email, across a network of more than 1,500 listed retail points
- Official customer service management for all shops across the relevant markets
- Full order management across the European market: validation, preparation, shipping, payment tracking, and delivery follow-up
