What were our missions?
We manage the full Organized Play program across several international markets (UK, Nordics, DACH, Poland, France):
- Operational and autonomous management of the platform across all territories
- Qualification and approval of partner stores based on criteria defined by Zvezdar & Cicaboom
- Allocation and distribution of Organized Play kits to participating stores, based on their size and market importance
- Consistency checks between shipped kits and tournaments created on the platform
- Support and guidance for stores (Q&A) on game rules and tournament structuring
